Welcome!
I received my B.A. in theatre and psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, MA. I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology/William James College in Newton, MA.
My dissertation research focused on gay men in primary parenting roles, which uncovered biases and stereotypes regarding gender, sexual identity, and race. I’ve also taught undergraduate courses including Psychology of Prejudice and Discrimination and Brain Functions and Dysfunctions.
I completed two part-time post-doctoral fellowships in community mental health (South End Community Health Center, partnered with Boston Medical Center) and in pediatric neuropsychological evaluations (Mass General for Children at North Shore Medical Center). I also received training and supervision in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness.
